New
hardware entry or PSC RMA request entry |
Any module
or OPT that
needs to go to Provenco for repair must be entered in this form. When you
save the entry it sends an email to the Provenco Service Centre and other people in the
development team alerting them that there is a new RMA request. A number
will be allocated automatically.
The module should
be sent with the RMA # clearly in the address. eg "RMA 999, XYZ Electrical,
Example Rd BigTown, Malaysia.
The courier reference should be entered in the database by using EDIT and
save again.
The PSC technician will update the RMA entry as he works
on the module and enter a dispatch date and courier reference when he sends
it back . His comments and the different problems as they collect can be
analysed using the data views that follow.RMA Managers page (needs java)
