Enter new OPT or IPT installation record	Advanced user Java screen for entry of multiple records using direct scanning from barcodes stuck to the installation record sheet or by manual entry. Allow 30 secs for Java to fully activate when you first open this screen in your web session. For one off entry use Quick forms
Installed unit reports
1. Customer PED numbers	All installed units listed by their G5OPT number, where they are and what modules make them up
2. Control modules	Serial number, site and date
3. Card readers	If searching to find eg GP00100262 put 262 in field
4. Printers	"
5. By site ID number	Where a unit is installed. What the site number is and which OPTs are installed there. Name of contact on the site
6. By site name	Ordered by usual name for petrol station
7. By site and pump number	All detail about a specific pump installation

a. Installation record form	Form to print off and use in new installations for barcode records and customer signoff
b. New site sign off form	Record who signed off the installation This is only a summary of the full paper form required
c. Site sign off records	Sign off and date for site installation
